With three years of experience caring for children of all ages, I thrive on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities that foster their development. I also pride myself on my ability to effectively communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I believe in open and honest communication and am always willing to work with parents to address any concerns they may have. While I am somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in doing so in a positive and respectful manner. I strive to create a harmonious environment where children feel safe and respected, while also understanding the importance of structure and boundaries.
