About Cheryl

Hello. My name is Cheryl. When my children were younger I had an in home day care. I homeschooled my children until middle school. I taught fifth and sixth grade in a small private school for 3 years. More recently I have been a nanny for over 5 years. As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With more than 8 years of experience, I strive to create a positive and stimulating environment for your little one. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency. I love to engage children in fun activities and games. I'm comfortable caring for one or two children between the ages of 0 and 5. I have some college education and am CPR trained. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
