My name is Cheryl. I am looking for a full-time position. 60-168 hrs/week. I have been an S. T. N. A. for 42 years. I have worked in nursing homes and hospitals, and for the last 12 years, I have been a private duty live-in caregiver. I have experience in the following areas: 1. Activities of daily living. 2. Cooking. 3. Cleaning. 4. Administering medications. 5. Hospice. 6. Companionship. 7. Taking vital signs. 8. Working with Drs. and nurses. 9. Range of motion exercises. 10. Transferring patients, including patients, that require the use of a Hoyer Lift or Gait Belt. Most of my private patients have had some form of dementia. I am very passionate about my job. I have a resume, numerous letters of recommendation from families whom I've provided care for, and personal and professional references that are available upon request.

In addition to being highly qualified and experienced in servicing all the complex needs of the elderly and disabled, Cheryl is a wonderful person; compassionate, trustworthy and totally dependable. Cheryl has taken wonderful care of my Mother and I am forever grateful for her tireless assistance, prayers and encouragement during a very difficult period in my Mother's life.
