About Cheryl

Raised 3 boys. Two are college freshman at Dartmouth College and Northwestern University respectively. Previous Preschool Director. Previous nanny while in college. Homeschooled my children for many years during elementary and middle school. Tutor preschool through college prep as well as college consulting. I love academia and watching students grow in their knowledge of themselves and any subject matter. I love math and can help your student find confidence and hopefully a love of it. My passion is academic curriculum and finding creative ways to accelerate learning while having fun, in a more project-based way. I have taught many students to read as young students, and I also can give resources and tips to parents if desired, to continue growth at home. My twin children starred in Genius Junior at the age of 11, and I coached them through the process. I'd love to help provide your child with a love of learning. The more I learn, the more I realize just how much I have yet to learn:)
