As a nurturing and experienced care provider, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development, positively impacting their lives, and supporting families. With many years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for one to six children at a time. I excel at creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. My patient, calm, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children on a personal level, making learning and play enjoyable. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, regularly updating them about their child's day and addressing any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured, safe, and consistent environment. My educational background includes a graduate degree in nursing and some coursework in early child development. I'm a Registered Nurse of 31 years with First Aid and CPR training, ensuring I can provide the highest level of care.
