I worked with CSB, Community Service Board, in a group home with disabled individuals. I Assisted and gave supportive care to individuals with disabilities, dementia, and autism with their daily living skills and Administer medication. I Provided direct care and personal assistance to physically and intellectually disabled individuals, prepared meals, provided light house cleaning, bathed, shaved, dressed, and exercise tact and courtesy in contact with staff, individuals, families, and service providers. I Used general knowledge of the person centered principles, practices, and techniques, monitoring the individual, complete document for service records, M. A. R S., and Person Centered Plans records in compliance with standards and policies .
