I have worked with individuals as well as in a group home working with Seniors. I Assist and Support individuals with disabilities and dementia with their daily living skills and Administer medication. Use general knowledge of the person centered principles, practices, and techniques, monitoring the individual, complete document for service records, M. A. R S., and Person Centered Plans records in compliance with standards and policies . Provide direct care or personal assistance to intellectual and physically disabled individuals with autism, prepare meals, clean the house and exercise tact and courtesy in contact with staff, individuals, families, and service providers. I also help my mother with her DLS who has dementia. I also supervised a Childcare Center.
