About Cheryl

I am a kind, caring heart centered caregiver with a varied background. I was a Professional Organizer for many years and was my mom's sole caregiver for the last few years of her life which was the most gratifying experience in all my years. I was responsible for relocating my mom from New Jersey to Carmel, NY and furnishing her new apartment before her arrival there. After that I assisted my mom with scheduling doctor appointments, tracking medical claims for insurance, transportation, medication management, banking and bookkeeping, cooking, exercise and movement, balance training, and of course.... companionship. My educational training as a Health and Wellness Specialist, Transformative Life Coach, Yoga Therapist, Energy Healer and Thai Body worker in addition to graduating from the New York Restaurant School all helped me to be the best for my mom possible. I enjoy helping others and am happy to be of assistance using the skills I have accumulated over many years to be of service.
