Hello!! My name is CC. I am CPR / first aid trained. I have over 10 years of experience providing elder companionship service. I can help with Transportation Services and Meal Preparation as well. I am also a Certified and Registered Yoga instructor so we can even implement some small stretches through our day. I love art and if interested, we can plan our days around painting, stress-free coloring, collaging and even crocheting (I am passionate about crocheting). Other companionship activities we can partake in are puzzles, simple yet fun DIY projects or even gardening. If we need to run errands or attend doctor appointments, elder community service activities or even just simply chatting I would love that.
