My elderly care experience began with supporting my grandmother, assisting with meals, medications, and mobility. After my grandfather's passing, her health declined, showing signs of dementia. Over 3. 5 months, we incorporated brain exercises and yoga, leading to remarkable improvements. Currently, I am in Hawaii, helping a friend in his 70s recover from cancer, a back injury, and lymphoma. He's now climbing stairs and making outings after being bedridden. My care includes bodywork, meal preparation, errands, and tailored activities like yoga, balancing independence with safety while fostering healing through empathy and adaptability.
