1.Our toddler “E” loves Ms. C. E looks forward to her coming in every morning and hugs Ms. C when she sees her. I feel safe when I’m in the other room. I feel safe when they are outside playing without me. 2. Ms. C makes our toddler’s breakfast, snacks and lunch. She formulates a curriculum to teach reading, sign language and art. She teaches E responsibilities like cleaning up the room and listening to her body when it’s time to use the bathroom. Ms. C will also clean the house and help with laundry while our toddler naps. 3. Ms. C is great with change. She can quickly assimilate to new or different assignments. She helps by recommending new routines or different approaches that she recognizes may be helpful. She proper, and always checks with the parents before implementing any changes. 4. Ms. C has a background in health care, and former nanny and assisted living experience. She is certified in CPR and will wear a mask if required. She has her own reliable transportation. She enjoys animals and is considered rehire-able by my wife and I.
