I have several years of experience working as an activities assistant at a nursing facility where I taught classes, decorated and even drove a bus to different events. I am a mother of three and am very compassionate for those in need. I enjoy working with my hands and am very creative. I love the outdoors, gardening and knitting. I also have experience working with foster children for several years as well. I have a huge heart and am very caring. I have known her, and also worked with her, for almost 10yrs and she has shown a deep capacity for empathy, caring, gentleness, kindness, and compassion, to just name a few qualities. I have worked with her with at-risk youth of varying ages and she displayed a level of patience and loving-kindness not seen in many individuals. When a child needed to be corrected, she dealt with them with a gentle but firm manner, all the while making sure the child felt respected and cared for. She is the kind of person who you want to be in your child’s life, as I would not hesitate to have her in mine!
