My calm and patient nature and my love for creativity help me connect with children and create a fun, engaging environment. I believe in keeping open communication with parents, offering updates while they are away, and being available by text or phone. My approach to safety and rules is gentle and aligns with parents' preferences for maintaining consistency for their little ones. While I have experience caring for children of all ages, my favorite ages are infants and young children. Additionally, I have nine years of experience caring for children and adults with autism and ADHD, among other disorders. I am familiar with the challenges that can arise and comfortable caring for children who may need extra support.
