I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Cheri H. who worked as a nanny for my family from October 1st, 2021 to January 1st, 2024. During this time, Cheri cared for my daughter from when she was six months old till she was 2.5 years old. She provided a very warm and nurturing environment for her and had an extremely positive impact on her development. To this day, “Chi-Chi” is one of my daughter’s favorite people in the world. From the very beginning, Cheri demonstrated exceptional childcare skills, responsibility, and professionalism. She was always punctual, dependable, and incredibly patient with my daughter. She used to play with my daughter all day, read books, sing and put her to sleep also. My daughter used to be very excited to see her in the morning. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to teach children the value of kindness. She is very experienced with children and encourages positive traits in children while gently yet firmly dealing with negative behaviors. She is the only non-family member that we feel comfortable leaving our daughter with - because she has practically become family for us. Beyond childcare, Cheri also helped with light house work (vacuuming, dishwasher, cooking meals for my daughter) thereby making our home life much smoother. She also used to bake the most amazing desserts for us and give us lovely Christmas and birthday presents - something which she does till this day ! We have also invited her to every single one of my daughter’s birthdays. I wholeheartedly recommend Cheri to any family seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and loving nanny. She will undoubtedly be an invaluable addition to any home
