About Cherie

I'd describe my personality as positive, self-motivated and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy learning about their lives and experiences. I find fulfillment in making that kind of connection. I'm looking for a job in which I can use my skills in working with people to the benefit of all involved. I started caring for seniors as a professional when I was 18 and earned my CNA. However, I was blessed as a child with lots of grandparents including great grands! In my spare time, I like to crochet, birdwatch, watch baseball, or movies. I like to read and learn new things. One thing you should know about me is that I am a classically trained vocalist and I love all kinds of music. I sing all the time. My skills include finding ways to make ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating) as comfortable and easy as possible. As a CRMA with insulin training, I am also comfortable giving medications and communicating with other health professionals.
