I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, and engaging. I like caring for people with special needs because it's rewarding to know I'm making a difference in their everyday lives. I'm looking for a job that I can care for children or adults with special needs and/or are medically fragile, needing medical assistance. I started caring for people with special needs when I started working with an agency called Life Visions, which was over 14 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my three children, exercise, and get outdoors. One thing you should know about me is that I pay attention to details, being respectful of the individuals care. My skills include problem solving, communication, and reliability.
