Whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls, I adapt to the parents' preferred method. When it comes to household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and ensuring consistency for the child. My approach to play is diverse, from outdoor sports and physical games that encourage physical activity, to board games and puzzles, to anything else that interests the child!
