About Chelsea

Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I'm a 29-year-old Astoria native. I'm making the move from a corporate 9-5 in order to pursue my passion for working with children! As one of the oldest in my generation, I've spent my life caring for kids- cousins, sisters, nieces, and nephews alike, ranging from ages 2-15. Helping to care for them has made me a responsible, patient, and nurturing caregiver that loves to foster a safe, creative environment for your kiddos. I'm super comfortable with travelling on the subway, and would love to share the magic of the city with some of it's youngest residents! My favorite places to visit with kids include the Museum of Natural History and Astoria Park. I am a creative by nature, and am never running out of ideas for educational and interactive activities. I attended a performing arts high school where I studied vocal technique, so I'm always excited to have a sing-a-long with your kid's favorite Disney movies! Hoping to make your lives a bit easier!
