About Chelsea

Hello, my name is Chelsea I am a motivated individual who is a compassionate caregiver and I have been assisting in personal homes as a caregiver for 5 years now, I am passionate about elder care I am able to assist with everyday task such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal prepping, changing sheets, assisting with bathing, managing medication, available to bring to and from appointments, and daily errands if needed. Culturally sensitive with the ability to provide both physical and emotional support to patients , I always want the patient to feel most comfortable especially in their home, any outings I am also available for if capable. Over the year I have built relationships with each patient I have worked with, they have become family, there is a time where it does become difficult and the job comes to an end, but it always is rewarding in the end to know that I did all I could before their time came to an end.
