Hi, I'm Chelsea. My journey began in 2002 when I graduated from Lowndes High School. I had no idea what I wanted to do with the rest of my life other than work with kids. So I went to Valdosta Technical College and began working on my Early Childhood Education Associates Degree. During that time, I spent my summers in Griffin, GA working as a camp counselor and eventually the day camp director, this lead to becoming "Nanny Chelsea". I was introduced to ABA last year while babysitting for a military family who happened to have a child with Autism. I knew that's what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing, helping awesomely unique children find their way, and teaching the rest of the world how to embrace these amazing little humans. When I heard that More Than Words Pediatric Associates was going to start offering ABA, I jumped on the bandwagon and have been here ever since. I have over 100 credit hours of Early Childhood Education, 60 hours of Applied Behavioral Analysis training, 40 hours of Registered Behavioral Technician Training, and have been an ABA Tutor for two years.
