I'd describe my personality as nurturing, , compassionate, and reliable! I love this line of work because I know that one day I will likely need somebody to help care for myself, my loved ones as well. My grandparents raised me and because of that I've always made a natural bond with the individual(s) I've cared for. Alzheimer's/ Dementia care holds a special place in my heart as it is very common in my own family and I have had a lot of experience with it through the many stages it holds. Whether the individual is newly diagnosed or at the later stages, I've got a plethora of experience. I started caring for seniors when I was about 12. I was responsible for caring for my great grandmother at times , with that said I have more than 15 years experience! I am looking for a family that I can grow with and share my expertise with !
