I started out working through an agency called Hope Group, who fully trained me in CPR/first aid and respite care for children and young adults with autism. After two years I started the peer support program through Cope and companion care for kids with Lyme Disease. I have a flexie schedule, I don't mind working nights and I have my own transportation.
