About Chelsea

I have been a nanny for the last 7 years, and have a 4-year-old and 2-year-old of my own. I have thrived as an adventure nanny and a crafty nanny and love imaginative play. I use positive reinforcement and natural consequences. I tend to focus on the positives including what the children can do rather than what they can't do. I have a background in nursing and early childhood education. I lead an active and balanced lifestyle and practice a whole wellness approach in the kitchen as well. As a neat person, I will always tidy as I go and pick up throughout the day to leave the home cleanly.
