With four years of experience under my belt, I relish the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and support families. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children of all ages. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where kids feel safe and encouraged to explore their creativity and imagination. When it comes to communication, I prioritize open and transparent dialogue with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preference. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in consistency and structure to help children thrive. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a wide range of activities that promote learning and fun.
