Chelsea has always been a very responsible person. From a very early age she has exhibited leadership qualities whether it be with her friends, relatives or peers at church. She always takes the initiative when it comes to goals and responsibilities. From a very young age Chelsea has shown an affinity for children. When she was old enough, she began to babysit and was in high demand among family, friends and those that were referred to her for child care services. Her love for children translated into her education goal when she entered college with the desire of becoming a pediatrician. Personally I've seen how great Chelsea is with children as I have a five year old god daughter, who she has helped care since she was six months old. Any family that chooses Chelsea to care for their (child)ren will be very pleased with the decision of having her be a part of their child care village.
