About Chelsea

I have employed Chelsea in various capacities for the past 6 years. She has worked at our summer performing arts camp which I run, as a counselor, choreographer, assistant director, director, and most recently as my assistant camp head. In addition, I have used her as a choreographer for school shows, and more recently as a substitute teacher in the school classroom. In all of these roles, Chelsea has conducted herself with poise and professionalism. I am invariably impressed with the manner in which she works with kids, for it is both firm and kind. She holds student actors to a very high standard, and gives them the tools and instruction necessary to achieve the goals she sets. Despite the fact that she demands hard work from her students, her engaged and positive demeanor invariably causes the kids to love her. It is almost universal that, when Chelsea walks into a rehearsal, all my student actors will rejoice that she is there. In addition, I find Chelsea very reliable and easy to work with. She takes the initiative to determine what needs accomplishing, rather than waiting to be told. She is punctual, consistent, and always attentive to whatever she can do to make the day or rehearsal go more smoothly. I can turn to Chelsea for any task, important or inconsequential, and she will accomplish it quickly and well, and generally do a few more necessary things that I forgot to request along the way. I give Chelsea my highest recommendation. She has been a huge asset to every project in which she has taken part, and I find that just having her involved makes me feel more certain that the play/ rehearsal/ class will be a success. I am sure that she will bring the same dedication, high standards, thoughtfulness, and reliability to any job that she gets.
