Chelsea is amazing and I recommend her as a nanny, babysitter, and caregiver! She has nannied for our 4 year old for the past few months and has become a part of our family. She is patient, kind, respectful, and trustworthy. She really understands children and is thoughtful with her approach to caring for them. We shared my sons schedule upfront with her and she was able to be consistent and keep to that schedule, and is very communicative prior to deviating from the schedule, especially when it comes to making recommendations for changes. She has been wonderful with my son and has taught him a lot in their time together, in addition to taking him to activities and outings such as story-time, near by parks, mini golfing, bounce places, you name it! Chelsea also knows how to play and be silly with kids and it’s so great to see. She is someone who can be relied on and I trust her with my son and know she has his best interest and safety always in mind. I would recommend her to any family looking for a loving and supportive addition to their care team!
