To put it mildly, my wife is super protective of our 4 year old daughter. Chelsea always does such a great job watching her that my wife felt much more at ease and makes far fewer phone calls to her than our other sitters. Our daughter always looks forward to her coming over as well because she knows that Chelsea isn't going to sit and watch TV and just give her a coloring book, she plays with her, reads to her and watches movies with her.
