Nutcha was the best nanny we could have ever asked for! She is loving, fun, kind, and very attentive. She followed all of our guidelines and even provided recommendations she researched on her own- she literally taught our child all of his 5-10 month milestones! She never did screen time with him and constantly engaged with him - reading , singing, active play, taking him on walks pending weather, etc. She is very good about keeping us in the loop during the workday - tracking his feedings, sending cute photos throughout the day, and videos of his milestones/accomplishments! Some of my best photos and videos are taken by her. She is also very flexible with her time, staying late ir arriving early if needed. Our son loved Nutcha and we were very sad to have moved to another state or we would have kept her on!
