We had a troubling experience with our nanny, Chavion. She was often unreliable, frequently calling out and not showing up when needed. On one occasion, she fell asleep while holding the baby, which raised concerns. Chavion asked for an advance on her pay to address a car issue, but after receiving it, she didn’t return for the days we had paid her. When we reached out to ask about her return, she stopped responding altogether. Her lack of professionalism and communication left us frustrated and searching for a more dependable caregiver.
