I was employed in a long-term care facility for over 10 years. After needing a change in occupation I did, however, allow my certification to expire, However, those basic skills are still very fresh in my mind and it is a work that I genuinely enjoy doing. If you are needing someone to come in and sit with your elderly parent or grandparent, bathe them, cook for them, help them with their activities of daily living. I will be more than glad to do that.
