I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. I believe in working together with parents to ensure the best care for their children. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I maintain a firm yet understanding approach, ensuring that children understand the importance of following rules while still feeling supported and respected. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles.
