About Charm

I'm an EMT with 15yrs experience. My last employer was working in a retirement community and I absolutely loved every second of it! Before that I was an CNA and I loved it as well. I love people especially seniors. I feel that I'm actually with my family member and they feel the same way. So I will always treat them with dignity respect and love. I like caring for seniors because I feel like I'm taking care of one of my family members. I love hearing about their lives and the past. I love to engage with them and spend time with them. Every time I see them they brighten up my life. They are so loving and kindhearted. It's an honor and privilege for me to work for them. I started caring for seniors when I was a teenager starting with my grandmother. It was an absolute honor and privilege to care for because she cared for me. I will be forever grateful and thankful for her love and care she is an inspiration to me.
