Charlotte, also known as "CC" to our daughter, was an incredible gift to our family. She cared for our daughter with so much love and joy that I didn't want her to go home after the day was done! Charlotte was completely engaged with our daughter the whole time she was with her. She created routines, read books, played games, taught skills, sang songs, carried on conversations and much, much more. Every day she provided text updates with pictures of what our baby was doing and when I came home, she gave me a run down of the entire day! I always knew our daughter was in excellent hands with CC. She took care of our girl (and us) in so many unbelievable ways and I'm forever grateful. Charlotte is part of our family now continues to be present and engaged in our lives to this day.
