Charlotte is calm, confident, and intuitive. She adapted naturally to our home and parenting style, keeping our 10-month-old safe and happy all day on her first visit. She has a balanced approach—attentive without hovering—which aligned well with the independence we want to encourage. She asked thoughtful questions when necessary, like checking if it was okay to let our baby nap longer when she noticed he might be fighting off a sickness. I felt completely confident in her ability to handle more challenging situations. Our baby was initially fussy and a little nervous, and Charlotte navigated it smoothly, showing patience and experience. She remains calm under pressure, and I’d fully trust her with anything from a tough bedtime to giving medicine if needed.
