About Charlotte

Hi! My name is Charlotte (Charlie) I am 22 and new to Houston! I like working with kids because I come from a large family and have always had fun with my little siblings. I started working with kids when my family friends moved in with us when I was younger. They had two young daughters and I loved caring for them. As a teenager I babysat and nannied for multiple families, and am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. In 2021, I was hired as a nanny for two children (5yrs and 7yrs) and worked for them for just under a year. I did housekeeping, prepared meals, oversaw the children's online homeschooling program, and cared for their dog. In my spare time, I like to read, care for my dog Suki, and write. When I start college, I am hoping to study history, creative writing, and teaching. My top 3 child care skills include being empathetic and understanding with kids, crisis handling and almost 10 years experience.
