Let me start by saying that I tried 5 different caregivers before Charlotte came into our lives. So naturally, my hope for a loving, fun, yet disciplined caretaker was low, but my expectations were high. Charlotte, however, exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Not only is she fun and caring, but she corrects unwanted behaviors with so much compassion. My son is 6 1/2 now and my schedule is a lot more manageable, but he still asks for her all the time. I’m hoping to have another baby just so I have an excuse to hire her again! 😂
