Our son was three months old when Charlotte became his part-time nanny and we feel so fortunate to have found her as a caregiver. She is conscientious and professional but also upbeat and good-humored (even when our cars were buried under two feet of snow). She listens well and was flexible as we tried out new schedules and strategies at different stages of child development. Highly recommended and very much appreciated!
