About Charlotte

Hi, I'm Charlotte! I tutor most K-12 math subjects including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra 2, trigonometry, and precalculus as well as all K-12 English classes including APs. I received my Bachelor's in Philosophy from Southwestern University and have begun the process of obtaining a teacher's certification. I began teaching in 2021 as an AVID tutor and private tutor. I've also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), so I have experience working with neurodivergent students with varied cognitive and physical abilities. I'm currently a Teacher Assistant at a private school designed specifically for neurodivergent students in need of both a structured learning environment and ABA therapy. Creating a safe and welcoming environment is, in my opinion, an essential part to a student's eagerness to learn and their level of engagement with the lesson. Overall student success is what's most important to me and I'm always excited to learn what will fit best with each student!
