About Charlotte

Hi! I am an organized, reliable, and adaptable person who has been working in childcare for more than three years. I have spent most of my career working in high-pressure situations with 15+ kids (typically early school-age) to take care of at a time, and I always make sure to devote enough time to each. I not only want to help kids grow physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I want to grow with them! I believe that children are just as good (if not better) teachers as adults are, and truly listening to and caring for them is imperative in childcare. I am able to provide a safe, stable environment with lots of laughs for your kid(s), and I am happy to help wherever it is needed (i. e. cooking, chores, errands, school, etc.). I am positive, energetic, and passionate about working with children, and am very excited to get to know you and your children!
