Charlotte is an example of the kind of caregiver whom you'd only hope to find for your loved one: patient, truly caring, trustworthy, flexible, great communicator and intelligent. I live a distance away in another state and Charlotte has been a lifeline in helping our parents stay in their home as long as possible.
