It's comforting for them to see that encouraging, hopeful, optimistic, happy face regularly. I will also provide housekeeping, errand running, and transportation to appointments and such. As for the negative review he failed to mention I had a family member that was in a horrible accident and is now on life support. I'm sure anyone in my situation would have done the same. I provided a replacement care giver whom he hired and who has been providing care for his gma since. I never left him in a bind or unaware of the situation. His review is lacking a lot of important information.

Tried hiring her for ongoing weekend companionship for my grandmother and on the day she was supposed to meet with grandma and current caregive she responded through care.com to let me know she couldn’t do the job. Obviously,this left me in a bind. Wish it would have worked out. Please try and get her to meet in person or at least take a phone call. The whole thing with her seemed kind of sketchy. She might be great but just don’t know when she cancels last minute
