Charlotte has been watching my son since the beginning of May and is an incredible nanny. My son immediately took to her and LOVES when she is here to play with him. He has learned so many new things since she's been watching him. She takes the time to play with him and lets him lead the day with play time and activities. She is always on-time and catches on to schedules and cues from our son very quickly. We are going to miss her when she leaves for school, but hope she will be back and still available next summer!
