I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist that focuses on Gentle Sleep Shaping to promote healthy, independent sleep for both parents and infants. I have more than 6 years of experience with singletons, twins, and preemies and currently studying to become a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. With up-to-date guidance and protocols on baby products, postpartum essentials, breastfeeding, pumping, formula, bottles, safe sleep, etc.., I aim to be a resource and support system for families. Building a special bond with families during such an intimate time in their lives is so important and makes this job my passion. I hope to connect with and serve families in the Tampa Bay Area to help give them a restful night of sleep with someone they can trust.
