About Charles

With over 10 years of professional experience in cleaning and housekeeping, I have developed a strong reputation for reliability and thoroughness. I spent 2 years with Janitronics, where I got my start and was able to honed my skills in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization for a variety of clients. Following that, I dedicated 8 years working in group homes, where my role went beyond showing up for my clients. I was responsible for cooking and sometimes meal prep, cleaning all rooms and living spaces, taking out trash and recyclables, changing linen and laundry. This diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, adapt to various environments, and consistently deliver a welcoming, healthy space for residents. I recently started my own cleaning business called Joyful Cleaning Services (named after my daughter Joylin) in hopes to bring a service I enjoy to your home.
