For my entire adult life, I have been dedicated to care jobs of many different kinds. I have worked with children with disabilities, spent many years in the daycare system, been a teachers assistant as well as a behavior assistant for a middle school classroom in Ashburn, VA. I come from a loving background and support that never ends. I have a theory about this line of work. You don't do care jobs for most of your life because you like the money. You do it because you want to make a difference in someones life!
