I have a deep love for fostering kid's growth. I've spent a lot of time in group childcare settings teaching outdoor skills, but I am just as comfortable in the home as I am outdoors. I'm very serious about creativity - I am an artist in my spare time and for work. I like to bring a sense of curiosity, spontaneity, and creativity to my childcare setting. I am confident adapting to new situations and can follow the parents' lead in terms of communication. I am quite comfortable enforcing household rules. I am good at maintaining authority while remaining flexible. I enjoy being outdoors, and I have a lot of experience showing kids how to garden, identity plants and bugs, and appreciate the world around them. I'm also an avid dungeons and dragons player, and I love creating games for kids to play. I find that stories are an excellent way of teaching life lessons.
