Charlene was wonderful with my son - she knows kids, and she is skilled at taking care of young ones like my 14-month-old. She took the time to get him comfortable with her, and he was enjoying himself soon after I stepped away. Also of note he's in early stages of walking, and with Charlene's help, she gave him the confidence to take the most steps on his own that he has since he first started testing out walking! This was huge progress. I am definitely planning on having Charlene watch my son again soon :)
