I have a long history of having pets in my life--many, many different breeds and species of pets from small animal to large. I have been involved with them as just a pet-owner--for pleasure only, as well as--as a breeder. First about dogs. I have owned at least one dog all of my life. I have bred Alaskan Malamutes. Besides large breeds I have owned very small lap dogs as well as medium sized dogs. My constant companion is "Hope", a 33 lb. Australian Cattle Dog mix. I take superb care of my pets. Hope has been snake trained, has been micro-chipped and takes joint health supplement (the horses on my ranch have also been micro-chipped and take supplements). At my ranch, there are 4 dogs--all sizes, and cats. All of our dogs were rescues. There are goats, chickens, ducks, pigs, cattle and horses. I have bred and raised show horses--quarter horses and paints. I know a fair amount regarding pet nutrition, complete care and vet care. My daughter has two house cats, which she and family absolutely adore, and I often help her with them. I live in north Scottsdale (Dynamite just east of Pima).
