About Charla

I like working with kids because I've spent most of my life raising 3 of my own children and 5 of my grandchildren. I'm looking for a job that can supplement my retirement income and bless the child that I'm caring for. I started working with kids when I had my 1st child many years ago and continued on until all 8 children were raised. I am also a retired NNICU nurse. In my spare time, I like to read. One thing you should know about me is that my Christian values guide my life and every decision I make. My skills include years of experience raising children, communicating on their level of understanding and anticipating their needs with patience, while providing them a safe environment to learn and to grow.
